COLORADO SPRINGS – June, 2015 – ASI Capital, LLC, a private debt and equity firm based in Colorado Springs, CO, is pleased to announce a strategic investment through its Income Fund into a Courtyard by Marriott, a 90-room hospitality property located in El Paso, Texas.

This real-economy asset is located near the El Paso International Airport. Along with its management partner, TVO Capital Management, our project team intends to provide capital to complete property improvements to refresh the hotel and improve guest satisfaction.
