Office Acquisition: Vineyard Center, Grapevine

COLORADO SPRINGS – December, 2013 – ASI Capital, LLC, a private debt and equity firm based in Colorado Springs, CO, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Vineyard Centers I & II, a commercial office asset located in Grapevine, Texas.

Along with its partners, TVO Capital and Menyon Capital Partners, purchased a non-performing note from the lender, and acquired the property through a deed-in-leiu from the previous owner.

ASI and its partners intend to provide capital improvements, upgrade tenant finishes, and lease up the property over the next few years.
